We believe every child has the right to grow up in a safe, nurturing environment and to access quality education that equips them for life. Our Child Protection and Education programming works to safeguard children from abuse, neglect, violence, and exploitation, while ensuring they can learn, grow, and thrive.
In conflict-affected, displaced, or underserved communities, children are especially vulnerable — often forced out of school, separated from caregivers, or exposed to trauma. We respond by creating protective environments and delivering inclusive education tailored to children’s physical, emotional, and developmental needs.
We work closely with families, teachers, community leaders, and local authorities to promote children’s rights, restore safe learning spaces, and ensure long-term reintegration of at-risk children. Education and protection are inseparable — a child cannot truly learn if they do not feel safe, supported, and respected.

This quote captures the core of our work: education protects, empowers, and transforms. But for education to be truly effective, children must first feel safe and supported. That’s why we treat child protection and education as one integrated commitment — not separate goals.
Our initiatives include:
- Reintegrating out-of-school children through accelerated learning
- Providing school supplies, hygiene kits, and uniforms
- Establishing or rehabilitating learning centers and safe classrooms
- Training teachers in child protection, trauma awareness, and inclusion
- Running awareness campaigns on child rights, GBV prevention, and early marriage
- Supporting case management and referrals for children at risk
