Inclusive Leadership for Decision Making and Impact

SWC embraces a participatory governance model that ensures inclusive decision making and transparent leadership across all levels of the organization. At the heart of this structure is the General Assembly, which serves as the supreme decision-making body. Comprising all members of SWC, the General Assembly provides the platform for collective dialogue, major policy approvals, and strategic direction-setting.

The Executive Board plays a crucial leadership role by offering strategic oversight and guiding the organization’s policy and fiduciary responsibilities. The Board works closely with the General Assembly to uphold SWC’s mission, ensure accountability, and maintain alignment with long-term goals.

Day-to-day operations and program implementation are managed by the Secretariat, which is led by an Executive Director. The Secretariat functions as the operational arm of the organization, translating strategic decisions into action and ensuring that programs and initiatives are effectively delivered to meet the needs
of SWC’s stakeholders and communities.
