Our Organogram

This is out organogram, which illustrates the structured hierarchy and functional organization of our organization. At the top is the Board of Directors, providing strategic oversight and governance, followed by the Executive Director, who oversees the organization’s overall operations and ensures alignment with its mission. Reporting to the Executive Director are five key departments led by respective managers: Programme, Finance & Administration, Procurement & Logistics, Communications, and Resource Mobilization. Each department is supported by specialized teams such as project officers, M&E officers, accountants, media officers, and interns, ensuring effective delivery of programs and services.
