Sexual & Reproductive Health Rights

Our Bodies, Our Rights: Advancing Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR)

We champion the sexual and reproductive health rights of adolescents, women, and marginalized populations by improving access to comprehensive SRHR education, services, and information. Our initiatives address harmful practices, promote menstrual health management, and support the right to make informed choices about one’s body, health, and future free from coercion, discrimination, and violence.

We believe that sexual and reproductive health is not just a medical concern — it’s a matter of dignity, autonomy, and human rights. When people, especially girls and young women, are empowered with knowledge and access to services, they gain control over their futures, delay unintended pregnancies, avoid life-threatening complications, and escape cycles of poverty and dependence.

Our SRHR programming is rooted in respect and inclusivity. We work closely with communities to break down the stigma that prevents open dialogue around sexuality, menstruation, contraception, and consent. Through education, safe spaces, and strengthened healthcare systems, we ensure that individuals can make informed, safe, and confident decisions about their bodies.

Informed Choice

Equip individuals with accurate, age-appropriate knowledge.

Quality Access

Ensure affordable, youth-friendly services for all.

Harm Reduction

Protect individuals from gender-based violence and harmful practices.

Changing attitudes is as important as providing services. That’s why we actively engage parents, teachers, religious leaders, and youth to create safe environments for open dialogue. We normalize conversations around periods, bodies, rights, and respect — building a foundation where everyone feels seen, heard, and supported.

Reproductive freedom is critical to a whole range of issues. If we can’t control our own bodies... we can’t be equal.

This powerful truth guides our work. Denying someone access to reproductive health care, information, or autonomy is not only a violation of rights — it is a denial of equality. That’s why we center our efforts on both service delivery and rights advocacy.

Our interventions include:

  • Comprehensive SRHR education in schools and communities
  • Training healthcare workers in adolescent-friendly, gender-sensitive care
  • Distribution of menstrual hygiene products and education
  • Establishing safe spaces and referral services for survivors of abuse
  • Advocacy to reform harmful laws and uphold SRHR in national policies

We envision a world where everyone — regardless of age, gender, or background — can make informed choices about their health and future, free from stigma, fear, or violence.
